Pathways
A future-ready framework for education, career, and life planning.
PREP Pathways is a structured, flexible framework designed to support learners—from secondary school through early career—while reducing burden on the families, educators, and systems that support them.
PREP is both a framework for institutions and the foundation of our coaching approach—supporting students and young professionals as they navigate education, career, and life transitions with clarity and intention.
Why PREP Exists
Learners today are navigating increasingly complex education, career, and life decisions—often with limited time, uneven access to guidance, and fragmented support systems. PREP Pathways was developed to bring structure, clarity, and continuity to these transitions—supporting learners while reducing burden on the systems that serve them.
The PREP Framework
PREP guides learners from reflection to action through four connected components.
Purpose begins with helping students clarify who they are, what matters to them, and how they define success. This foundation supports identity, values, and direction.
Readiness builds the essential skills and habits needed to succeed in real-world environments, focusing on skills, habits, and confidence.
Exploration exposes learners to a wide range of pathways and possibilities, supporting informed decision-making and alignment between interests, strengths, and options through exposure.
Planning translates insight into action through clear, adaptable plans that connect long-term goals with practical next steps. It supports decisions, steps, and execution.
Together, these components create a repeatable framework that can be embedded into existing programs, advisory structures, and community-based initiatives—without adding unnecessary complexity or burden.
