Family Futures Academy
(Monthly, Quarterly, or As Needed)
Family Futures Academy is a PREP-aligned delivery format designed to support learners and the adults around them through facilitated, interactive experiences. Offered as 90-minute in-person or virtual sessions, these workshops engage students, families, and educators—together or separately—to strengthen readiness, clarify pathways, and support informed decision-making.
Sessions can be adapted to support college and career readiness, transition planning, family engagement goals, or broader life-planning priorities.
Digital Resource Hub
(Quarterly updates)
The Digital Resource Hub is a PREP-aligned, family-facing extension that provides 24/7 access to curated guidance and tools supporting education, career exploration, and life readiness. Designed for students and families, the hub reinforces learning beyond scheduled sessions while reducing demand on educators and counselors.
Resources are designed to be accessible, culturally responsive, and easy to integrate into existing family engagement and readiness efforts.
